In terms of reviews, the Nokia N95 8GB is relatively simple to handle, thankfully. Not because it's a simple or trivial product, but because the original N95 is so well known and has been written about so many times that there's really little point in going over every function that's common to both devices in minute detail.

Today, I was in London. Although I missed much of the main event, I still got hands on with the N95 8GB. Having arrived so early this morning, I got the opportunity to have some of one on one with the N95 whilst everyone was still in their hotel room sleeping/waking up/getting dressed.
First impressions? It looks much nicer in person, very, very schmexy, shiiiiiiny piano black and gun metal soft keys. Keypad lights, as well as music keys are in a smart contrasting white. read more...

The Nokia N95 8GB is an updated version of the best-selling original N95 and while it's still rather chunky, there are a few serious changes to it that make it a significantly better mobile phone than its predecessor.
It's currently available for free on a monthly contract with Vodafone.
Packing a larger screen than the original N95, we really enjoyed viewing content on the N95 8GB, particularly watching videos and browsing the Web. The navigation keys at the bottom of the screen, although smaller, seemed easier to press too. read more... |

It’s quite hard for me to write a sensible review of this phone without gushing uncontrollably. I was a major fan of the N95 and consider it one of the best smart phones ever made. However, there were two many niggles to push it that little bit extra. Thankfully as you will see as you read on, these niggles are no longer really an issue. read more... |
